  • A deposit which may be proportional to the size of the job, or otherwise deemed necessary is required, as communicated at the time of any booking.
  • Cancellations made with less than 14 working days’ notice or after parts have been ordered will incur a 20% handling and restocking fee.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Area:
We ship any of our products that are advertised as available with shipping, to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

4.2 Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at upon request.

4.3 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight and dimensions of the products ordered. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Non-Faulty Items:

  • Notification Period: You must notify us of your intent to return a non-faulty item within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return Period: The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of £30.00.
  • Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • Notification and Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to notify us of a fault and return the item.

5.3 Work Carried Out By Vanscape Southwest Ltd:

Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting their vehicle upon collection and prior to leaving the premises. Any damage, faults, or discrepancies must be reported to our team immediately. Once the vehicle has left our care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or issues that may be identified later. By taking possession of the vehicle and leaving the premises, the customer accepts that the vehicle is in satisfactory condition.

 

6. Warranty

6.1 Manufacturer Warranty: All products and services that include the fitment of products come with the manufacturer’s warranty, which guarantees that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period specified by the manufacturer.

6.2 Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to claim warranty services.

6.3 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by external factors.
