Adventurer
The Adventurer is our low-level, full-length furniture kit designed for those wanting a functional camper setup with plenty of storage and all round usable windows to allow as much light in as possible and make traveling in the back for passengers a much nicer experience.
This furniture works perfectly with a 3/4 width SmartBed, or similar 3/4 width bed.
We manufacture our furniture in-house, so there are plenty of colour options available to suit your personal style, including a rugged birch Hexa Ply option with a solid oak worktop (same as in the images).
Upgrades
Our furniture kits have add-ons available that allow you to choose to upgrade to a specification that suits your needs.
Available upgrades include:
- Rear (outside) shower add-on. This allows you to wash off your wetsuit, mountain bike, muddy boots, dog, etc., or even have a shower yourself if you wanted.
- Built in gas hob and sink for a more conventional campervan setup.
- A powerpack providing 12v and 230v electrics, including built in outlets for both.
- A powerful induction hob which can be used in the van, or taken outside and used on your camping table (requires 230v hook up or installation of our powerpack upgrade).
- USB and 12v outlet sockets in various useful positions throughout the unit.
Conversions over the years
Vanscape has been converting vans for years and we love our conversions from decades ago (even if some were a little bit garish!) but we’ve moved on from what we did back then and our views on a “good” or “useful” conversion has changed through listening to our customers and taking on-board the things they often moan about, or the things they praise with the vans they to bring to us for various reasons.
As a result, we now only convert vans in a style we feel will tick the most boxes for most people; we don’t just want to build the same van as is available from the thousands of other converters out there!
We still offer some fairly conventional camper layouts, but we build our furniture in-house and have taken the time to carefully consider every detail, from the materials used, to accessing to the storage areas, to the layout and positioning of each feature – if a component that would help make our products work better or be better quality isn’t available, we design and make it ourselves because we are committed to only producing top quality camper van furniture and conversions and never settle for making do.

Bring your van to us
We only convert vans that our customers have already chose themselves and that they are happy with, rather than us buying a van for them and converting it. This often works out cheaper for the customer too, as the customer may be able to find a better deal than we could if they’ve got the time to hunt for it.
