The elevating roof child safety net is a common addition to conversions with a fitted roof bed. The safety net is a great way to prevent your child from falling out of the roof bed in the night (or day if playing up there) and also prevents pillows falling down.
The nets are made for our friends at Campervan Parts UK, to their own measurements so that they properly fit the REIMO roof bed, but they will also fit many roof beds by other manufacturers.
They are simply fitted into the vehicle with three screws under the mattress and have a quick release buckle that goes onto the current roof tie-down straps. They were made to fit REIMO roof beds but they also fit many other brands of roof because the roof bed widths all being very similar.
The Elevating-roof Child Safety Net can be fitted for £100 at our workshop in Bideford or is available through Campervan Parts UK for self-fitting.
